Job Description

The Residency Coordinator is a key member of the Education Team for the Department of Neurology; The coordinator will work closely with the Residency Program Director and will provide complete administrative support for the department of Neurology Residency Program, which is a 4-year program with 6 residents per year. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Actively Assist in recruiting efforts for the residency program
• Onboarding/Offboarding Residents
• Assisting with didactic sessions
• Resident and Program Evaluations for reporting and accreditation requirements
• Program Maintenance
• Provide support for the clerkship and fellowship programs.

The successful candidate will: be able to effectively communicate to all stakeholders both inside and outside MU Health Care, multitask at a high level, anticipate needs, work independently and collaboratively, prioritize, and project manage.

Shift

M-F; 8am- 5pm

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary Range: $18.50 – $25.21 hourly
GGS Grade: GGS-008
