Job Summary

The Manager, Project Operations supports the responsibilities of the Chandler Triad which includes work to coordinate the integration with operations and supporting work teams. Will manage and lead multiple programs and/or projects while accurately completing routine functions in a fast paced, high intensity, professional work environment. Will have the ability to solve routine problems and manage resources; demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service, time management, and judgment; and respect.
Essential Functions of the role include: Serves as a program operations liaison – coordinating and overseeing daily operations of defined projects and programs. Prepares and manages operating, capital and project budgets for defined areas. Draws conclusions and projects data in a manner to facilitate discussion and clinical problem solving for Triad. Working under the supervision of the Chandler Chief Administrative Officer, position has primary responsibility for bringing projects through initiation to implementation. Influences adoption of standardized project management processes as a discipline across Chandler, via close collaboration with all stakeholders. Balances technical, interpersonal, and conceptual skills that help analyze situations and interact appropriately. Manages communication and relationships with key project stakeholders.

The Chandler Triad has oversight for all adult clinical services delivered on the Chandler campus. This includes inpatient units, diagnostic and therapeutic services, procedural areas, and clinical support services. The scope of this position includes a wide variety of operational, financial, facilities, strategic planning and quality improvement projects. These projects impact delivery of high quality, safe and efficient care across areas supported by the Chandler Triad. Many of these projects impact patient care across UKHC Enterprise

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in project management and operations; budget development and oversight experience within a healthcare setting.
