CoSW is home to Bachelor of Arts in Social Work (traditional and online), Master of Social Work (hybrid and online), Doctorate of Social Work (online), and PhD (traditional) degree programs. In addition to Lexington's main campus, we have a satellite campus at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, Texas.

CoSW is currently seeking a Director of Digital Service Delivery and Innovation. The position's major job responsibilities are as follows:

Technology Thought Leader
  • Conceptualize and articulate contemporary vision for digital/tech solution deployment across the CoSW enterprise
  • Communicate value proposition associated with digital/tech innovation, including unique market-place advantage and differentiation
  • Lead CoSW's market strategy, projects, and processes for digital/tech service implementation
  • Foster a dynamic tech ecosystem consistent with stakeholder needs and CoSW service values
Architect Constituent Engagement Systems
  • Assess and implement CRM solutions, including service deployments via multi-channel environments
  • Develop and manage service aspects of CRM architecture
  • Design system implementation infrastructure consistent with program aims and goals
  • Design web assets associated with constituent engagement systems
Asset Procurement and Management
  • Explore, test, assess, and make recommendations for digital/tech system procurement
  • Execute strategic investment plans for further development and improvement of digital/tech infrastructure
  • Monitor and report on performance of digital assets
  • Manage tech/digital devices, including distribution, as applicable
Personnel Capacity Support and Development
  • Convene routine meetings of CoSW stakeholders as it pertains to new tech service initiatives
  • Define, execute, and oversee training initiatives associated with the service constituent engagement program
  • Assess and optimize organizational structure, including ensuring adequate staffing patterns
Quality Assurance
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure the adoption, effectiveness, and identify opportunities to enhance stakeholder productivity and satisfaction
  • In collaboration with CoSW Business Office, provide management and oversight to budgets.
  • Ensure monies are spent appropriately, responsibly, and in accordance with applicable institutional regulations
  • Identify, oversee, and improve KPI, to include processes, protocols, and timelines
  • Provide routine data assessments and reports to stakeholders
Supervision
  • Supervise staff associated with tech service uptake and deployment
  • Oversee and supervise deployment of eService Fellowship program
  • Initiate and complete routine personnel assessment and evaluation in a manner consistent with UK and CoSW policies
