Postdoctoral Position in Molecular Mechanisms
Regulating Placenta Development


NIH-funded postdoctoral position is available to investigate molecular mechanisms controlling hemochorial placentation using human and rat stem cells and genetically manipulated rat models (see: PNAS 118:e2016517118, 2021; PNAS 118:e2111267118, 2021; PNAS 119:e2210633119, 2022; PNAS 120:e2213622120, 2023; Nature Commun 14:4826, 2023; Development 151:dev.202239, 2024). Applicants should have a Ph.D. and/or M.D. degree and experience in biochemical and molecular biology research approaches and a strong work ethic. The applicant should have a commitment to becoming an independent scientist. Competitive salaries will be negotiable and are dependent upon experience.
