PERSONAL LINES PRODUCER- INSURANCE AGENCY

Tonia Munster Insurance Agency, a local Allstate Insurance Agency, is seeking two (2) P & C licensed Insurance Agents for immediate Hire. Additional Life Insurance License is a plus but not required. Prior Allstate experience is a plus but not necessary. This is an in office position on Williams Blvd in Kenner. Generous Salary plus Commissions. Leads Provided! Agents are expected to follow up daily with all leads in their pipeline, Call new leads, that are provided, along with self generated leads. Should be able to interact with community organizations.

Responsibilities:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients who have auto, home, umbrella, condo and renters insurance needs.

Develop networking relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, auto dealers.

Drive new business growth through converting agency provided leads, prospecting and referral sources.

Compensation:

Total compensation includes a base salary up to $42,000/yr plus commission on new business.
