Automobile Service Cashier and Receptionist - Evenings

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier/Receptionist. As a Cashier/Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling transactions, and managing the front desk.

Duties:
- Greet customers in a warm and welcoming manner
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; multilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus
- Proficient in phone etiquette and able to handle a high volume of calls
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient workflow

Hours: Monday through Thursday – 3 or 4PM to 8PM  and Saturday 7:30AM to 5PM
