Team Leader – Residential Services

This is a Full-time supervisory position, responsible for oversight of several residential sites providing services to individuals with disabilities in Shenandoah, IA.  Prefer 2 years’ supervisory experience, as well as previous experience in providing residential services.

Responsible for:

• Daily management of residential operations in multiple locations.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal rules and regulations pertaining to service provision.
• Supervision of staff providing direct services to individuals with disabilities.
• Working assigned shifts in the residential settings, including assisting to cover open shifts as needed.
• Oversight of the care of individuals receiving services, including participation on the team responsible to guide service delivery.
• Oversight of properties operated by the organization.
• Must be able to demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to work as a member of the team.
• Must have good communication skills, good judgement, and decision-making ability.

Starting Salary: $21.00 - $22.00/hour
