Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Gutter Technician/Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining gutter systems to protect homes and buildings from water damage. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. 

We are a locally owned & operated company home based in Southwest Iowa!

Responsibilities:

      Key Responsibilities:

1. Gutter Installation: Measure, cut, and install various types of gutter systems including seamless, sectional, and downspouts according to project specifications and industry standards.
2. Repairs and Maintenance: Perform repairs and routine maintenance on existing gutter systems, including resealing joints, replacing damaged sections, and clearing debris to ensure proper functionality.
3. Material Handling: Handle and transport gutter materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
4. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and integrity of gutter installations and repairs, making necessary adjustments to achieve optimal performance and appearance.
5. Customer Service: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their questions and concerns and providing guidance on gutter system maintenance.
6. Safety: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any customer communication for billing and reference purposes.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in gutter installation and maintenance is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights while adhering to safety standards.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure precise measurements and high-quality installations.
• Driver's License: A valid driver's license is often required for transportation to job sites.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently as needed.
• Customer-Focused: Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with clients.
• Reliability: Punctuality and dependable work ethic are essential.
