General Construction Laborer
Group Real Estate Development is looking for a General Construction Laborer to join our team. This position will be performing building maintenance on multi-tenant office buildings and Entertainment Venues in Kansas City. Ideal candidate will be a self starter, punctual and have a good work ethic. The ideal candidate will be able to perform job duties with minimal to none supervision.
This is a full time position with Year Round Work.
Required job skills Include but are not limited to:
- Carpentry work
- Painting
- Drywall
- Handyman
- Remodeling
- Power and hand tools
Additional requirements:
- Must have Reliable Transportation and a valid Driver's License and Insurance to travel to and from locations.
- Must have own Hand Tools.
Pay wage: $14-$20. per hour depending on experience, plus benefits.
