The Loan Services Assistant position coordinates office operations and performs administrative duties in support of the Loan Services Team. Also, this position processes all Association long-term real estate full deed of trust releases. This position is also a trainee for the Loan Services Specialist role and will provide backup to the Loan Services Specialists in the Loan Services department. The trainee component requires review and preparation of legal documents for loan closings.
