The Corporate CRM Administrator is responsible for overseeing the continuous efforts of enhancement, maintenance, and widespread adoption of the CRM system. This role is the liaison between the company’s business units and IT.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Daily administration and support of Oracle Sales Cloud platform (includes data quality/cleanup, user setup, user training, production support, troubleshooting, and maintenance)
Develop and maintain reports in OSC
Act as the lead in OSC projects for the delivery or maintenance of features
Train and update business on new features and capabilities
Summarize and communicate issues that affect quality and report them to stakeholders
Approve the quality of changes and new deliverables
Collaborate with business users to develop efficient workflow processes and standards
Provide regular updates to inform management of the status of targeted releases
Gather and translate customer requirements into well-defined specifications
Partner with Business Users, IT and Oracle technical support, and provide technical assistance when required
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field is preferred
Minimum 5 years of professional experience
Minimum 2 years of technical experience in administering, configuring and developing CRM is preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES :
Experience with data maintained, data migration, and CRM workflows at a corporate level
Ability to identify, analyze, and document business requirements
Knowledgeable with Oracle Sales Cloud administration
